At The New Blak, we promise to mend any manufacturing defects that would hinder your long-term love of our dresses.
** Minor manufacturing defects may include: seam rips, weakened elastic waistbands, loosened trims, loosened hems, etc. and are subject to approval by The New Blak. We reserve the right to refuse this promise at any time, to any customer.**
If you feel that your Little Blak Dress is damaged or defected based on the provided examples, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are not 100% in love with the fit, style, or quality of a product when it arrives, you may return or exchange the item for up to 14 days upon delivery of shipment. All shipments and their tracking information are recorded at The New Blak.
For a full refund to the original form of payment or for an exchange your item must be:
- Tags must still be attached
- Receipt proof of purchase included
We reserve the right to disapprove any return or exchange that we feel does not meet the listed requirements.
**Please note, it is also important to remember that our dresses and skirts are handmade and that slight variations in size or color are normal and expected.
**Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
**Gift cards are non-returnable.
HOW TO EXCHANGE:
Before exchanging, please email email@example.com with details so that we can provide you with the appropriate Exchange Form.
If exchanging an item for one that is of greater value, additional upcharges may be expected. If exchanging an item for one that is of lesser value, a refund for the difference will be provided within 14-21 days.
After receiving confirmation from The New Blak, please return your unused items in the original packaging. Whether you receive your order in an EcoEnclose Polymailer or an EcoEnclose Cardboard Package, both types of packages can be re-sealed and re-shipped.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS:
When exchanging an item, your exchange shipping costs will be waived and we will provide you with a printable shipping label via email.
Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or disapproval of your exchange. Your new items will be shipped out and you will receive a shipping notification.
**Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
**Limited to one exchange per item.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
When returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. If you are returning an item but would like the convenience of using The New Blak shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and a printable shipping label will be emailed to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without appropriate tracking information.
Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or disapproval of your return. If approved, you will receive your full refund within 14-21 business days.
